#Meetarts is a C2C ecommerce start-up for visual artists and art buyers in Singapore and beyond. It is a member of the Raise.SG and an alumni of the incubation program of Hangar at NUS Enterprise. In February 2021, #MeetArts was chosen as one of the winners of the National University of Singapore (NUS) Resilience & Growth Innovation Challenge to create social impact to the arts community.

Responsibilities:

• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Preparing documents, presentations, proposals and updating records.
• Manage and maintain company websites, social media accounts
• Publish a blog once a week
• Research ways to increase engagements with existing and new stakeholders
• Research ways to increase brand awareness and distribution channels
• Plan and execute events and campaigns 
• Be constantly updated with competitor’s products and marketing techniques
• Testing of marketplace website under development
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Prerequisites:

• Articulate and possess strong written/copywriting and communication skills in both English and Mandarin

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in leading and executing social media campaigns

• Meticulous with an eye for detail

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel

• Ability to commit a minimum of 3 months on full time basis based on hybrid onsite and WFH as required.

Post completion of the internship, the intern may be granted full time employment. A letter of recommendation/ reference letter will be provided by #Meetarts after the internship. A monthly Intern Allowance will be paid during the duration of the internship.

Intern Allowance will commensurate with relevant experience.
