- Job Description
- Planning of company’s corporate content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, EDM
- Crafting of corporate communication materials – copies and visual content
- Managing client’s social media pages, ensuring timely responses to enquiries and managing complaints
- Consolidating data and statistics for monthly client reports on social media management
- Media clippings for various clients
- Research work on Key Opinion Leaders/influencers and proposing suitable KOLs for various clients and campaigns
- Liaising with KOLs for client’s events- Copywriting when needed
