Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and manage marketing materials and content on social media (Instagram & Facebook)
• Expand engaging content across our platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms) to increase reach and engagement of our target audience
• Track, monitor, and understand content performance through insights and analytics
• Design and create marketing collaterals (eg. Catalogues, Brochures, Posters, Videos, Website, Social Media content)
• Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and replying to enquiries through the company's social media pages
• Perform community-building proactively by monitoring and replying to pm and dm
• Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on Facebook and Instagram
• Conduct market studies to keep up with latest trend and consumer preferences
• Run digital campaigns to drive online traffic and leads, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, etc
• Conduct Market Research on direct/non-direct competitors
• Manage e-commerce business which includes taking product photos, listing of products, handle customer's queries professionally and plan, manage & execute promotion campaign and product strategies to drive traffic & sales
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Proven written communication skills, and a passion for writing both short and long copy
• Good photography skill
• Creative and analytical
• Familiar with key social media tools such as Facebook and Instagram
• Excellent attention to details

Working Hours: 1.00pm to 6.00pm (Mon, Wed and Fri or Tues and Thurs)
