Job Description
  1. Manage order management from order entry to delivery including returns.
  2. To co-ordinate shipments with customers, transporters, and warehouse on clearance/delivers according to established systems and processes to ensure timely delivery
  3. The only interface to customer & internal / external stakeholders for all issues regarding order, planning (optimum stocking) and logistics support.
  4. Liaise with vendor, tracking and monitoring of the progress of orders
  5. Any other duties as assigned
