Medquest Marketing Pte Ltd – Marketing & Design Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team on a 3–6 months ongoing contract to support our marketing and product communication efforts. This role involves designing impactful marketing collaterals, creating engaging animations, improving user interface (UI) designs, and adapting marketing materials from various suppliers for local or targeted audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design Marketing Collaterals – Develop brochures, posters, social media graphics, and other visual assets to support campaigns and brand visibility.

Animate Workflow Videos – Create animated videos illustrating processes, workflows, or product usage based on provided concepts and scripts.

Improve UI Designs – Enhance the visual design, usability, and overall user experience of digital platforms.

Translate & Redesign Supplier Marketing Information – Adapt marketing content from various suppliers by translating, redesigning, and aligning with company branding.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of visual communication, branding, and user experience principles.
• Ability to translate technical or product-specific information into clear, engaging visuals.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines and work independently 
• Good communication skills for collaborating across teams and with external partners.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken & written) is preferred
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, technology, or industrial product marketing.
• Knowledge of multilingual design adaptation.
