Key Responsibilities
- You have the ownership and responsibility of driving assigned Strategic Client’s performances.
- Work together with Head of Strategic Account Team and Trade Team, to develop strategies and growth plans.
- Preparation of key business quotations and bids submission.
- Recommend service enhancements and/or service deficiencies to enhance service capabilities.
- Work with relevant internal stakeholders to upkeep service line agreements with clients.
- Actively using Microsoft power bi tools or/an analytical tool to monitor performances and business expectations.
- Prepare and present business propositions.
- Participate in follow-up meetings on business commitment and quarterly review with Regional Strategic clients.
- Preparing, maintaining and distribution of service contracts and FMC Filing (USA trade).
- Achieve volume fulfillment targets set by management.
Who We Are Looking For
- Diploma/Degree qualified, preferably in the field of Maritime or Logistic and Supply Chain.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Points and Power BI).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks that are more critical.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under stress and tight timelines.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Believer in teamwork.
