We seek a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team on a part-time or contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold-calling prospective clients, introducing our B2B services and grant-enabled solutions, and fixing appointments with SMEs. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make at least 60 cold calls per day to SMEs.
• Introduce and sell B2B services and grant-enabled solutions.
• Fix appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update the database with accurate and detailed call logs.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and appointment-setting goals.
• Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone, building rapport with potential clients.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience selling B2B services and grant-enabled solutions to SMEs.
• Experience in appointment setting, with a high success rate in securing meetings.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
• A quiet working environment to ensure professional phone conversations.
• Strong time management skills and self-motivation to meet targets.

Bonus Skills:

• Proven track record of high appointment-setting success rates.
• Knowledge of Singapore's SME landscape and grant schemes.

Working Hours: Flexible, part-time or contract basis.
