1. Assist in the design, editing, and scheduling of social media content across various platforms to enhance audience engagement.
2. Contribute to the planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of station events, campaigns, and activations.
3. Provide support in daily station administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
4. Assist in the preparation, setup, and execution of station TikTok livestreams.
5. Participate actively in brainstorming sessions for new programming concepts and social media strategies to drive audience engagement.
Qualifications
1. Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent), video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Capcut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent) and a good understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
2. Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, for effective communication with DJs, listeners, and internal teams in order to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
3. Shows initiative, has a positive attitude, good time management and to complete tasks within deadline.
