Responsibilities
1. Monitor and track media landscape shifts, audience behavior trends, and competitor activities that may influence Mediacorp's strategic and commercial positioning; collaborate with teams to translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
2. Support the tracking and analysis of Mediacorp's and competitors' media performance across TV, Radio, Digital, Social etc platforms to generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
3. Prepare, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure data relevance, accuracy, and timeliness for business decisions.
4. Assist in compiling and evaluating transmedia campaign reports, measuring effectiveness against advertisers' key performance indicators (KPIs).
5.Contribute to the development of platform, segment, and vertical insight decks using primary and secondary research data to support advertising and sales strategies.
6. Conduct ad-hoc data analyses and research requests, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
Qualifications
Requirements
1. Strong analytical and numerical aptitude, with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with business intelligence and AI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and ChatGPT Enterprise.
3. Basic knowledge of programming or data query languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is an advantage.
4. Background or coursework in statistics, marketing analytics, business, or market research.
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large datasets to identify actionable insights that support decision-making.
