The job is junior level in the HR department who takes up a supporting role to senior staff, normally reporting to an HR Manager. They carry out administrative tasks related to all aspects of the company’s HR operations. By following programs and company policies, HR Assistants ensure that all tasks executed comply with these policies. The areas covered such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and development, and HR digital operation support.
