Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive traffic and awareness of Mazars Singapore’s digital properties through social publishing of multimedia content in a timely fashion
- Production of native content for our social media platforms, such as location video production and video editing
- Design flyers, graphics and other marketing material (corporate template will be provided) and assist in conceptualizing, storyboarding and filming of video content
- Monitor, update and promote the organization’s website regularly
- Manage contact database of clients, update business contact and community affiliates
- Assist the Executive in the design, creation, composing and editing of newsletters
- Assist in the marketing and business development event calendars
Requirements
- Undergraduate in Marketing or Communications
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be computer literate (working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience working on a video editing software and Photoshop is highly desired
- Self-driven and has great attention to detail, resourceful and proactive
- Basic video editing skills: experience in filming and video camera equipment and/or working knowledge of graphics software e.g. Adobe Photoshop would be a plus
