Responsibilities:

• Drive traffic and awareness of Mazars Singapore’s digital properties through social publishing of multimedia content in a timely fashion
• Production of native content for our social media platforms, such as location video production and video editing
• Design flyers, graphics and other marketing material (corporate template will be provided) and assist in conceptualizing, storyboarding and filming of video content
• Monitor, update and promote the organization’s website regularly
• Manage contact database of clients, update business contact and community affiliates
• Assist the Executive in the design, creation, composing and editing of newsletters
• Assist in the marketing and business development event calendars

Requirements

• Undergraduate in Marketing or Communications
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be computer literate (working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Experience working on a video editing software and Photoshop is highly desired
• Self-driven and has great attention to detail, resourceful and proactive
• Basic video editing skills: experience in filming and video camera equipment and/or working knowledge of graphics software e.g. Adobe Photoshop would be a plus
