Matt’s Education – Administrative Executive at Enrichment Centre

Matt's Education is an enrichment centre specialising in English, Maths and Science classes for primary and secondary levels. We have always been steadfast in our belief that the enjoyment of childhood and pursuit of academic success can be in the same melting pot. Currently, we have two outlets - Jurong West and Clementi.

Matt's Education is looking for a candidate with expertise in day-to-day administrative and curriculum development work.

Job Description

• Frontline communication with all parents and students
• Handle all new enquiries and registrations
• Effectively handle all payment matters (student fees, supplier payment etc)
• Manage and plan the class schedule
• Assist in the development of lesson material
• Assist the directors in the management of both centres (logistically and administratively)
• Assist in secretarial duties

 Requirements

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting as a front-line staff
• Able to work weekends (Weekdays 12 to 9.30pm; Weekends 8am to 5pm)
• Proficiency in design and video editing software (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro) is a plus
