Matt’s Education – Admin Executive at Enrichment Centre

Matt's Education is an enrichment centre specialising in English, maths and science classes for primary and secondary students. Founded in 2011, Matt’s Education has continually shown that success, enjoyment and fulfilment in life can be in the same melting pot for each and every child.

We are looking for an admin executive to join our team on a permanent basis. The role entails the following job scope:

• Handle administrative work (student database, name lists, payment, marketing collaterals) Assist in recruitment of new students 
• Manage class schedule for teachers and students (arrange make up lessons, notify changes in schedule) 
• Assist teachers with the preparation of lesson material Frontline communication with parents (Handling walk-in enquiry and queries through phone/text)
• Preparation of administrative documents for presentations

Requirements for the candidate:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Able to commit weekends 
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be a plus
