Requirements:

• Minimum ‘A’ Levels or Diploma (Degree preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with strong command of spoken and written English.
• Highly resourceful, organized, and able to problem-solve effectively.
• Willingness to travel across Singapore and deliver training.
• Able to work at least one weekend per month if required.
• Familiarity with block-based coding and/or coding programs.
• Bonus points for candidates with:
  • Teaching experience in MOE schools.
  • Experience with MOE enrichment providers.
  • Background in Computer Science, ICT, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of GeBIZ and proposal writing.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare education proposals for the Ministry of Education (MOE) via GeBIZ, with a focus on coding and robotics.
• Develop curriculum content (worksheets, lesson plans, slides, proposals) in line with the company’s framework.
• Train and support teachers to ensure effective delivery of materials to clients.
• Conduct training sessions at client locations across Singapore when required.
• Prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and proposals when not teaching.
• Maintain close communication with customers to provide project updates.
• Research and recommend new platforms and tools for integration into the company’s curriculum.
• Collaborate with management on business development initiatives and curriculum strategy.
