Responsibilities:
Attend to customers on motor insurance accident claims reporting
Liaise with respective insurance companies Motor Claims Department
Attend to surveyors conducting surveys on accident cars
Ensure all accident cars are repaired as scheduled
Followup with customers and insurance companies for payment
Ensure all customer issues or complaints reported are resolved
Perform other duties as assigned by the After-sales Manager
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of related working experience in vehicle accident claims
Good technical knowledge of car components and knowledge of repair estimates preferred
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
