Marina South Ferries – Passenger Service Ambassador

Marina South Ferries is a ferry transportation service that provides both public and private charters to the Southern Islands of Singapore. More than mere transportation from point to point, we aim to provide a holistic experience that engages our island explorers with a comfortable, reliable tour service.

We operate daily trips to the southern islands, and liaise with guides and caterers to provide personalised, experiential tours and/or getaways for our travellers. We believe that everyone should get a chance to see the Southern Islands and waters of our little country in all their natural beauty. That’s why we do what we do! 

• Handle customer enquires

• Guide and explain schedules, islands and ticket types

• Perform ticketing sales

• Provide customer service, products information, and operations support

• Collate orders and prepare tickets

• Assist with boarding of customers at the jetties or on the islands

• Ensure the safety of all customers at all times, remain alert for safety issues and escalate any safety concerns

• Handle situations with a high level of professionalism

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Who we are looking for:

- Outspoken, bubbly and enjoys working with people

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to work on at least one weekend per week

- No experience required (training will be provided)
