• Translate user stories and business requirements into effective designs.,
• Help instil a human-centred and collaborative culture in the company.
• Work on Interaction Design, Visual and/or User Research for workflows for our software solutions
• Deliver UI prototypes, wireframes, and detailed design specifications to communicate designs, around a well-defined nucleus of user needs, tasks, customer and product requirements
• Drive consistency in design of the solution, approach, and methodology, according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineers and other UX team members on designs
• Improve existing product functionality based on user research, working iteratively with the team

Requirements:

• Intermediate knowledge of graphic design and other UX/UI principles.
• Must be proficient in designing tools
• Must be proficient with prototyping tools (Adobe XD, InVision, etc.)
• Must be proficient with vector graphics
• Knowledge of animation development using Adobe AfterEffects and Lottie a huge plus.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and frontend frameworks (bootstrap,angular and vuejs) is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of jQuery and PHP a plus.
• Takes initiative when problem-solving and is not afraid to ask questions
