  • Well versed in all aspects of the hotel’s facilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to learn and pick-up Delphi FDC and HMS systems easily
  • To assist with enquiry calls for prospect weddings/ corporate events and handling of telephone calls and accurately take messages, new enquiries, check room availability for both functions & guest rooms.
  • To be able to qualify leads received for prospect weddings and corporate events and obtain the necessary information to formulate a proposal.
  • Proficient in Event Management Pricing guidelines and knowledge in minimum spending and package inclusions
  • Ensuring all incoming calls and email correspondences are forwarded to the respective managers upon receipt and assist with email proposal responses within 24 hours
  • Check function and guestroom availability for site inspections.
  • Conduct site inspections in the absence of Event Managers
  • To requisite carpark passes from Finance office on a weekly basis and maintain the carpark passes record for upcoming events
  • Assist in preparation of Event Forecast to be communicated to operation departments
  • Assist in the preparation of Banquet Event Orders for upcoming events
  • Assist in ensuring that Banquet Event Orders are distributed to operation departments
  • To ensure that the Event Management is clean and tidy with sufficient office supplies for the team’s use.
  • Assist with any other reasonable duties required by Event Management Team.
