As People and Culture intern, your job is diversified with a choice where you can play a part in either or more of the following:
1) Recruitment: manpower planning, advertising, screening CVs
2) Payroll: to verify timesheet and run weekly payment for part timers
3) Training: to plan training, organize qualification and training record, prepare training material
4) HRIS: to update data in the HR systems, check for compliance, improve HRIS set up, prepare digital letters for the HRIS
