• ERP operations - Create sales and procurement transactions 
• Contracts management — update contract information in system, work with clients to incorporate their requirements in renewal contracts and follow-up
• Inventory management — input stock items into system and perform weekly stocktake
• Client management — record/update client details in system 
• Digitalisation Project - system testing, draft documentation (user guide, test plan, enhancement list etc), discuss improvement to system controls (eg 3-way match, agent-led processes etc)
• Others - as instructed by manager to support business functions
