These are the missions you will be entrusted with as a Business Development Intern: 

  • Assist the Business Development Manager in canvassing, gathering, maintaining and developing commercial leads, conducting applicant interviews, following-up and supporting consultants;
  • Understanding, analyzing and answering to clients’ request for proposals together with our pre-sales consultants and Business Development Manager;
  • Engage in headhunting, sourcing, screening, developing and introducing candidates;
  • Managing the relationship with both your clients and consultants;
  • Being a driving force to develop our core values and promoting our fields of expertise;
  • Directly reporting to the Singapore Business Development Manager who will be supervising your results through KPIs and overall performance;
  • 6 months commitment is required, with possibility of conversion
