We regularly advise on complex family law issues such as international divorces, division of overseas assets, estate disputes, and inheritance planning for high-net-worth individuals. We are looking for a motivated legal intern to join our growing private client team. You will assist in real-life legal matters involving cross-border divorce and inheritance cases, especially between Singapore and China.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting legal research on Singapore and Chinese family law and inheritance law
Assisting in case preparation, including reviewing evidence and client instructions
Supporting lawyers in client meetings and mediation sessions (where appropriate)
Translating and summarising documents in Chinese and English
Learning how we navigate and resolve complex cross-border legal issues involving high-net-worth individuals
