Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform data clean-ups and apply data analysis techniques to transform data into actionable insights
  • Document information for internal and external communication (meeting minutes, memos, emails etc.)
  • Create engaging, creative, and targeted employee communications that align with business goals (recognition award etc)
  • Assist in planning and organizing team meetings, events and engagement activities
  • Coordinating and scheduling of meetings
  • Preparing all types of monthly reports and presentation slides

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented individual with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: Multi-tasking, prioritizing and planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
