Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with various business divisions in their daily business practices
• Onboarding new clothing arrivals and performing data-entry duties
• Handling of customer inquiries through calls, emails and chat
• Packing daily orders neatly and efficiently – it’s a bundle of joy we are delivering!
• Perform data entry duties and other ad-hoc activities as required by the team 
• Communicate closely with third-party service providers to resolve customer requests
• Other ad hoc tasks
