Responsibilities:-
- Provide technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solution
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to user
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on a virtual server, windows server, and network connection
- In charge of Server preventive maintenance, backup procedures, network, and PC
