Responsibilities

• Perform administration duties.
• Assisting chiropractic doctors in the clinic.
• Schedule and follow up on patients appointment.
• Attending to patient queries and incoming calls.
• Perform daily general housekeeping to keep the clinic clean and tidy.
• Handling payments.

Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Computer literate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

The clinic hours are as follows:

• Monday and Thursday: 9am to 8pm (Break 2pm to 4pm)
• Tuesday and Wednesday: 12pm to 8pm (Break 4pm to 5pm)
• Saturday & Sunday: 9am to 4pm (Break 12pm to 1pm)

Closed on Public Holiday.
