M C Corporate Services Pte. Ltd – Accountant Intern

Responsibilities: 

• To assist with filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• To prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices and other documents.
• Assist with accounts receivables, payable and bank statement reconciliation.
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• To work as part of the accounting team to compile and analyze data, support the company or clients.
• Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required within the scope of the position

Requirements:

• Must be a recent graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor’s in Accounting Degree or Diploma.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Strong PC skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous, pro-active, able to multi-task and execute efficiency & timely manner
• Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and eager to learn
