LX Pantos Singapore Pte Ltd – Warehouse Admin Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate and document all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and tracking of all goods.
• Work closely with warehouse staff and logistics teams to streamline operations.
• Prepare shipping documents and update ERP/WMS systems accordingly.
• Support in maintaining compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Assist in reporting and administrative tasks related to warehouse performance and activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse administration.
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and logistics processes.
• High attention to detail, especially in data entry and stock tracking.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain environment.
