Company introduction:
The Watch and Jewelry division of LVMH W&J Singapore is composed of the following brands: TAG Heuer, Zenith, Dior Watches and Chaumet. To support its growth in Singapore, the Watch and Jewelry division of Zenith is looking for an Intern to assist Brand Manager all daily sales & marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities
1. Sales:
- To support the team for daily routine file management, monthly reports.
- To prepare and follow up payment process
- To help Area Manager to coordinate after-sales service
- To prepare monthly POS magazines delivery
- To assist and support all sales activities
2. Marketing:
- To support the team for daily routine file management, monthly reports.
- To consolidate all the PO/PR from the team, monthly tracking with marketing
- To manage Marketing Warehouse
- To update the shared disk file regularly and to consolidate all the marketing resources
- To maintain TAG website, monitor online activities, blogs and report to Marketing Manager
- To assist and support all marketing activities

Requirements
- Undergraduate student, Master student is a plus, majoring in Marketing or Business administration. Fresh graduate is also welcome.
- Singapore PR is required
- Good at written and spoken English and Chinese
- Problem-solving skills
- Quick learner & self-starter
- Good communications skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Diligent and willing to learn
- Detail-oriented
- Responsible and organized
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc); Good internet search skill
