LFCS regroups various activities, for Singapore and Asia region, of logistics, production, quality, commercial and back-office. 

Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to work with us under a 1-year contract (renewable). This role will be reporting to the QA/QC Assistant Manager and the role will need to drive process optimization in Claims Management and improve in data quality management. Below is the detail -



  • Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) on evolution/ enhancement of newly developed on-line tool
  • Enhance communication & marketing of new tool
  • Support roll-out of tool to new sites within APAC
  • Provide training to internal & external team within APAC
  • Identify improvement areas and develop actions plan with project committee to reduce claims
  • Participate in evidence gathering and root cause determination to secure the quality process in our logistics partner (Bollore) to fulfil customer’s expectation
  • Perform thorough quality analysis to measure the effectiveness of various quality processes using data and internal auditing tools
  • Initiate corrective actions for procedural or process deficiencies
  • Develop common tools to facilitate weekly performance tracking / reporting and follow up of KPI’s and actions plan

  • Analytical skills and good Microsoft Office technical skills (knowledge of SAP or any WMS software is a plus)

  • Minimum Degree or equivalent qualification

Position located in the Pioneer area (company transport provided at Boon Lay, Jurong East and Outram MRT station).
