Job Description

With its poetic and quirky look at the world, KENZO overturns the classic codes of traditional perfumery and celebrates freedom of expression, diversity and creativity. The Sales and Marketing Intern who will support the department in following:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide support to sales and marketing department
  • Media monitoring and press clipping reports
  • Ensure accuracy of customer database through updates and maintenance of consumer profiles
  • Assist with implementation of membership programme with Sales and Marketing
  • Handling phone enquiries regarding sales and membership programme
  • Packing and organising samples and door gifts for sales and marketing events
  • Assist with implementation of marketing events and workshops
  • Liaise with sales team to update and collate sales-related reports
  • Filing, scanning and re-organizing duties
  • Other general administrative duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Possess lively personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Word a must
  • Customer-oriented, effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English (to converse with Mandarin-speaking customers)
  • Able to commit to 6 months internship
