Luxury Careers Pte Lts – HR Intern (3 – 6 Months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for HR administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain accuracy in HR operations.
• Perform data entry, maintain employee records in HRIS, process HR documentation, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Support employee onboarding process and drafting of employment contract.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on various projects and initiatives.
• Assist in managing and creating content for our social media platforms to attract top talent.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or recently graduated).
• Knowledge or coursework in HR principles and practices
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
