Job Description
Merchandising Product Planning Assistant - 6 Months Contract
- Provide administrative support to the merchandising teams.
- To generate purchase orders, sales reports, delivery orders etc.
- To update overseas order shipment schedule and coordinate with the warehouse.
- Handle retail outlets’ enquiry.
- Update vendor master list
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- High proficiency in PC skills (specifically MS Excel)
- Meticulous, detailed with good organization skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fresh graduates are welcome too.
