Job Description

Service Administration

  • Provide co-ordination and administrative support to the all staff.
  • Maintain and update staff records in our system.
  • Maintain and update inventory distribution in our inventory management system.
  • Place order and maintain inventory neatly in our storage area.
  • Maintain proper filing systems online and offline.
  • Register and monitor courses for all staff in timely manner (From registeration to complete claiming process).
  • Monitor service staff holidays, sick leave, planned leave to ensure that all planned works are completed on time and with sufficient manpower.
  • Prepare service contract and maintain all records accordingly.
  • Assist with work schedule, service reports and etc.

General Office Administration

  • Answering calls and attending to walk-in staff and visitors.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing courier.
  • Work closely with finance department for incoming and outgoing payments.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
