Duties and Responsibilities
・Assistance of merchandise management and stocktaking
・Assistance of making the swatch of each brands
・Operating and troubleshooting of POS system
・Input and confirmation of Excel/Word
・Assistance of purchase and order of stationery and home electrical appliances etc.
・Assistance of maintaining the database and be one of the custodian of master data
・Willing to help team with other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
・Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and office management software
・Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
・Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
・Strong written and oral communication skills
・Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
・Meticulous and attention to the detail
・Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
