Job Description

Duties and responsibilities of the job

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns, creative development and marketing strategies for the market
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction Working closely with customers to determine their needs and demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills
  • Deliver long term relationship with the customer and deliver a positive customer experience
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long term success
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

Job qualifications and requirements

  • Computer literate
  • Min 3 years’ experience in corporate car rental market.
  • Results driven, good team player and customer oriented
  • Candidate must posses at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/ College in any field
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent
