Our vehicle acquisition and maintenance team ensures that all vehicles are maintained and serviced regularly, creating comfort for both passengers and partners.

Duties and responsibilities of the job
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns, creative development and marketing strategies for the market
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction Working closely with customers to determine their needs and demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills
- Deliver long term relationship with the customer and deliver a positive customer experience
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long term success
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Job qualifications and requirements
- Computer literate
- Min 3 years’ experience in corporate car rental market.
- Results driven, good team player and customer oriented
- Candidate must posses at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/ College in any field
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent
- Basic salary + commission
- Drive home car when available
