Management Programme Outline and Objectives:
- Receive training and rotate across key departments such as Driver Relations, Operations, Finance and Strategy and Business Development.
- Gain critical understanding of operations, management viewpoints and policies and practices that affect each phase of the existing core business pillar and also the expansion of the Company into new business initiatives and adjacencies
- Be involved in the monitoring of performance metrics of the Company with senior management.
- You will be assigned a mentor throughout your training to facilitate the learning process and prepare you for the challenges of work. The end goal of this programme would be to develop you into an all rounded multi-dimensional managerial talent that is well versed in both executing the operational functions of the business and identifying future trends of the industry.

Requirements
Diploma or degree from a recognized institution in any field of study
Team player and also able to work independently
Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills. Position requires proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, confident and positive individual who is result driven, detailed, a problem solver and a good communicator
Have a growth mindset, resilient and able to learn and relearn in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills
