Lpine – Quantity Surveyor

Lpine is an interior architecture company based in Singapore with close to 30 years of experience in the industry. 

We are seeking a skilled local Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Lpine. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing costs and ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects. You will be responsible for travelling to physical sites, working with clients, and using your in-depth design knowledge to provide accurate and detailed quantity surveying services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting on-site visits to assess project progress and verify quantities 
• Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents
• Analysing construction plans and specifications 
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure effective cost control and management
• Managing contracts and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
• Conducting valuation of variations and preparing progress claims
• Providing regular reports on project cost status and potential risks

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Above
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving sills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in quantity surveying or related field (we also accept applications from university Fresh Graduates)
• Experience in liaising with clients and working on construction projects
• Familiarity with design principles and construction documentation 

Location:

The position is based in Singapore. However, you'll need to be willing to travel to existing project locations.

Remuneration:

SGD$3,000 - $4,500 monthly (based on qualifications and skills)
