We are seeking a dynamic and creative Strategy Intern to join our team. As a Strategy Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Brand and Venture Strategy Team to support the development and execution of key brand and business strategies and initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain a wide spectrum of experience in brand development and strategic business planning, while working closely with an experienced team. Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis on industry landscape, competitors and target audience.
- Support the Brand Strategist in the creative analysis of market landscape with the purpose of identifying the brand’s positioning, promise and personality.
- Support the Venture Strategist in the critical analysis of business financial, supply chain, sales and administrative models, in order to strategise suitable recommendations.
- Assist both Brand and Venture Strategist in any administrative support with regards to developing the strategic branding and business plans ahead, e.g. documentation and compilation of strategic meetings, tracking and monitoring of strategic plans, interview guides for primary market research, consolidation of strategic branding and business plans into reports.
- Support the Strategists in preparing pitch deck for clients and be involved in client pitch.
- Assist in client management and coordination with ecosystem partners where necessary.
Requirements
- Any major in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Finance or any related fields preferred.
- Strong interest in branding and business strategic planning.
- Critical thinker with commercial acumen, sense of numbers and attention to details.
- Creative mindset to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work effectively as a team.
- Familiar with MS Office applications & deck building.
- Good understanding and keen interest in tech, i.e. Web3 and AI preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, bonus if strong in bilingual English and Mandarin
