HR and Communications Intern

Get involved with the inner workings of a successful, market-leading Beauty company, as you collaborate and learn from some of the most passionate, intelligent and creative people. One L'Oréalite can create a huge impact, and it’s no different with our interns. Many of our leaders are L’Oréal babies who had started with us as Interns and progressed to Management Trainees.

During this internship period, you will gain exposure to a broad network of business stakeholders and interact with hiring managers & business leaders on internal engagement & campus engagement activities. This is a great opportunity to understand how Human Resources & Corporate Communication collaborate in an established global organization.

Internship Period: Jul 2019 – Jan 2020 (6 months)

How can you contribute?

Are you a people person? Do you enjoy networking with dynamic people? Are you interested in connecting people through social media?

Our HR & Corporate Communications Intern will be supporting a wide range of local and regional business groups to further enhance internal & external people engagement activities.           

Key responsibilities:

  • Work in projects related to employer branding and employee engagement (E.g. campus engagement, sustainability, science and innovation, Dinner & Dance etc.)
  • Penetrate internal and external communication with interactive plans and execution
  • Interact with local universities to build awareness about L’Oréal brand through roadshows
  • Involved in organising 2019 Campus Day / 2020 Brandstorm Challenge
  • Track budgets and expenses for projects

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Passion to build people network
  • Interest in project management
  • Photography skills (Videography skills are a PLUS!)
  • Communication materials’ planning and design (Photoshop or Illustrator skills are a PLUS!)
  • Creative and innovate mind (we want your bright ideas!)
  • High energy level – we work hard and we play hard too!
