Product Management Intern - Social Commerce & Retail Analytics
Project Name: BACC Product Management
Project Description:
The intern will assist in various BACC (Beauty Advisor Conversational Commerce) product management activities.Key responsibilities include refreshing the BACC playbook-which guides teams across 8 markets and 10+ brandson leveraging social commerce to engage consumers-analyzing current user journeys to identify areas for user experience improvement, conducting industry benchmarking to gather inspiration and new ideas, and supporting the product management team in shipping new features and enhancements for the BACC platform.
Project Deliverables:
- Updated BACC playbook, including the latest user journeys for 6 social media channels
- Benchmarking studies and recommendations for improving the BACC retail analytics dashboard
- Support in building new capabilities for BACC by working on new features: understanding business problems, proposing solutions, writing functional specifications, and participating in feature launches
Learning Outcomes:
- First-hand experience in product management, acting as a bridge between business, engineering, and design teams
- Opportunity to ideate, design, and ship features and enhancements that impact beauty advisors and consumers
- Exposure to retail analytics, user experience optimization, and the latest industry trends in social commerce
