Job Description

Project Overview:

  • LSS (L'Oréal Salon Shop) is a B2B2C platform that connects hairdressing salons with end consumers, enabling marketing campaigns and e-commerce capabilities in key PPD markets across SAPMENA.
  • LPS (L'Oréal Partner Shop) is a B2B e-commerce portal that allows salon professionals to purchase PPD products directly. This platform is being enhanced with features such as:
  • New payment methods (e.g., for Australia)
  • Integration of Pro360, a B2B CRM
  • Finance Operations (NEO) program preparations in parallel

Project Deliverables:

  • Program management for LSS (planning update, roadmap alignment, budget)
  • Product Evolution roadmap for LSS & LPS
  • Financial report (PO consumption...)

Learning Outcomes:

  • Manage a program (LSS) which is now a mature program and stable
  • Manage a product/evolution roadmap
  • Manage relationship with PPD SAPMENA
  • Liaise with IT Vendor (Nagarro, CapGemini)

Other notes:

  • Students must be able to commit to a full-time, on-site internship (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM) for 6 months. Please indicate your proposed start and end dates in your application.
