Job Description

Project Name: Corporate Tech & Employee Experience Enhancement Project 

Project Description

  • This project involves diverse tasks to support Corporate IT and Tech for Employees.
  • The intern will learn and analyze Corporate & HR applications in collaboration with the Global team to improve incident reporting accuracy.
  • They will also create IT landscape diagrams for NA & SAPMENA Zone countries, visualizing systems and dependencies to aid 4R initiatives.
  • Additionally, they will document streamlined processes for One Profile, One Payroll RUN, and OA pass.
  • Finally, the intern will contribute to the development and testing of HR chatbots for both employees and HR professionals, gaining practical experience in HR tech.

Project Deliverables

  1. Data Analysis: Report documenting improved incident reporting dashboard accuracy, including quantifiable improvements
  2. IT Landscape: Comprehensive IT landscape diagrams for specified countries, with documentation explaining key systems and dependencies, and potential optimization related to 4R initiatives.
  3. Process Documentation: Documented workflows for One Profile, One Payroll RUN, and OA pass, including flowcharts, process maps, and written descriptions.
  4. HR Chatbot Contribution: Documentation of contributions to HR chatbot development and testing, including specific tasks performed and results achieved. This could include test case development, user interface design suggestions, or feedback on chatbot functionality.
