Engaging families since 2012, our work and event management services. From corporate family days to shopper engagement events to children parties, we will be with you every step of the way from early conceptualization to event execution. 

Looking for Event Facilitators for kids and family events.
We are constantly on the look out to add suitable facilitators to our roster of part-time staff, some of whom have been with us for a few years.
We are currently looking for staff for an event held in the West. There are also upcoming events in other locations that can provide a potential long-term part time role for you. 🙂

Job responsibilities

• To engage the guests that visits your booth.
• To distribute the craft material and provides help if needed.
• To share with guests the background of the event and encourage participation.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the area (adhering to safe management measures)
• Stock taking to ensure we have sufficient stock for the event duration.

Requirements

• Tertiary education min. (Students with flexible term schedule and young adults on gap year welcome to apply.)
• Able to commit most dates - (Sep - 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 , 18, 19, 25, 26 | Oct - 2, 3, 8, 9, 10 , 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, 31) 
• Punctual, responsible with a good common sense.
• Cheery and patient with kids and families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (as you will be customer facing)
• Like to work with kids/experience is a plus!
