Logistics 9 Pte Ltd – Accountant

Logistics 9 Pte Ltd. affiliated with Kwality Hkg group of companies has more than 30 years of experience. We have  expanded our operations in South East Asia and will eventually make Singapore our main hub for finance as well as documentation cum Administration.  We are looking for a reliable and self motivated in house accountant.

JOB ROLE(S):

• Keying in of import/export Sales & Purchases, Preforming Bank Reconciliation Statement, Preparing of accounting documents such as stock transfers, credit notes and debit notes
• Preforming payments through local bank transfers, Invoice Financing, Telegraphic transfers
• Preparing of weekly Accounts Payable and Receivable reports, quarterly GST reports and Management Financial Reports
• Most importantly, able to work independently and confidently and a good team player
• 1 to 2 years working experience is required in Accounting Firm would be considered a value add
• Accounting Software: QuickBook Online, MYOB, & Excel
• Operating hours are from Mon-Fri (9:00am to 6:00pm)
