We are currently looking for a young and dynamic candidate, inspire to be tech savvy Hybrid Work Specialist to join our Modern workplace Team. This role required the candidate to have positive learning attitude, able to present confident, articulate and demo the solution which brings value to customers.
The candidate will be trained to stay updated with the industry trends like Microsoft and Cisco.
Required Skills:
- Diploma in Information Technology or Telecommunications preferred.
- Willing to adapt and learn new skills, including non-technical skills.
- Willingly to learn, prepare and present.
- Troubleshooting and quick to react in situation when demo does not work.
- Get to hands on Cisco Webex Devices like Webex Desk Mini, Desk Hub, Desk Pro and Webex Roomkit or even some Microsoft devices.
- Will be given an opportunity to setup a Meta workplace (Similar to FaceBook Interface) Demo environment as mini project and gather as many folks within Logicalis to sign up the account. Gather the feedback and response from the users in terms of adoption and usage in doing an analysis report.
- Get to tag along with Pre-Sales and Project Engineer for site survey and projects to experience what a day like for them.
- As mentioned, this is hybrid work, not required to be in office every day.
