LJL Events specializes in outdoor weddings and unique wedding locations for the newly wed couples. We do beautiful and unique weddings in our tents and cater for up to 1000 people. We specialize in traditional & rustic style weddings as well as second day parties, outdoor ceremonies and festival style weddings.
We are looking for interns who are interested and wants to familiarize themselves with this industry! You will get a hands-on experience of what a regular events manager day-to-day tasks are and be part of the team in propelling this business to greater heights. It would be challenging but you will improve in your ability and capability. We welcome you to pitch us your ideas or raise concerns about the business to us!
Responsibilities:
• Servicing a portfolio of accounts
• Ideating and conceptualizing events based on client briefs
• Liaising between internal and external parties to source, coordinate and ensure that the event goes smoothly.
• Project administration and management of workflow
• Onsite execution and delivery of event
• To implement strategies to enhance on our brand
• Think creatively to get a bigger market share for our business
Responsibilities:
• Able to commit for at least 3 month full-time
• A sparkling personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be a team player and yet be able to work independently
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking
