In 2003 Lizard Storm created Singapore JewelFest with the Singapore’s five leading jewellery retailers, Lee Hwa Jewellery, TianPo Jewellery, Goldheart Jewelry, Soo Kee Jewellery and D'Meyson Jewellery. Over the last 14 years, the Singapore JewelFest managed by Lizard Storm has become Asia’s most prestigious jewellery festival. We have taken on the responsibility of growing the festival – managing the brand positioning, festival content creation, trade and consumer marketing and development, business turnover management and day-to-day operations – successfully building a festival that is renowned amongst jewellers from around the world for showcasing their brands in Singapore, the shopping hub of Southeast Asia.
We also created and successfully presented an exclusive by-invitation-only preview of JeweLuxe® in Kuala Lumpur in November 2016, an exclusive curated jewellery shopping showcase for city's high net worth and top end shoppers.
In 2017, Lizard Storm is embarking on a new start-up after 14 years of organising Asia’s most prestigious jewellery show. We launched the JeweLuxe® concept in Singapore in October 2017 in the heart of Singapore’s prime shopping district at the TENT@Ngee Ann City, Orchard Road. Which saw over 13,000 in traffic and 6.6 Million USD in sales. The brand new JeweLuxe® Singapore – a curatorial exhibition of jewellery, timepiece and other sophisticated living propositions. - Support Senior Manager on follow up with Participants and Partners for meetings, feedback, confirmation and fulfilment feedbacks, etc.
- Seek approval for all fulfilment (as stated in LoA) that are produced by Lizard Storm
- Coordinate regular weekly WIP and management update
Events management and coordination - Plan and coordinate event and all production deliverable - F&B, decor, setup, sound and audio, enterainment, emcee, etc.
- Coordination with Participants and Partners to ensure entitlements, and required actions are noted and fulfilled within budget
