The Customer Success Specialist Intern (Angel) in LittleLives Inc has a very exciting role to play in supporting and maintaining client relations for our Preschool Management System product software.
Our Customer Success Specialist Intern (Angel) are frontline support staff that are knowledgeable in the product software, able to answer and/or solve a myriad of questions. They also help to train and troubleshoot end-user related queries. They are both extremely patient and diligent, responsibly providing a listening ear and a helping hand both in person as well as remotely. Managing and creating SOPs for clients to follow as well as closing their respective accounts via the LitteLives Fee Management system are some of the tasks assigned to our Angels.
Angels in LittleLives Inc work hard and play hard! There is an intricate and close relationship between all levels and departments. Excellent communication skills and creative approaches to tasks and problems are essential.
Currently, LittleLives Inc operations have spearheaded into Malaysia and we are on the cusp of a global market expansion.
